All returns must be made within 14 days. Please obtain a receipt of postage or use the An Post Track and Trace facility, as we cannnot accept liability for non arrival.
belleEtik will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or tags have been removed.
We advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon receipt of delivery, before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of purchase/ delivery. If a product is damaged or faulty please contact us and we will organise a replacement or refund and refund postage.
