Since their first collection in 1997, People Tree have been creating gorgeous garments and accessories by forming sustainable partnerships with Fair Trade and organic producers in developing countries.

People Tree work closely with 50 Fairtrade producers in 15 countries to bring benefits to people and the planet at as many steps of the production process as possible – growing cotton, weaving, dyeing, embroidery, stitching etc., supporting traditional skills & helping alleviate poverty in the world's most marginalised communities.  People Tree also work hard to ensure ecologically sound methods of production and minimise environmental impact using certified organic cotton and Fairtrade cotton. All clothes are dyed using safe and natural dyes. Products are sourced locally, choosing natural and recycled products over toxic, synthetic and non-biodegradable materials.
